Due to the acquisition of PBF LOGISTICS LP by PBF ENERGY INC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• PBF LOGISTICS LP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PBF LOGISTICS LP (PBFX.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
