Acquisition | PARKLAND CORP | 3rd November 2025

Initially announced on May 5, 2025 SUNOCO LP made a cash and stock offer for PARKLAND CORP of CAD 19.8 and 0.295 shares common units of SUNOCOCORP which will be listed on the NYSE upon the closing of the Arrangement. PARKLAND CORP Shareholders who do not make a valid election prior to the Election Deadline will be deemed to have elected to receive the Combination Elected Consideration. PARKLAND CORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on June 24, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 3, 2025. Trading in shares of PARKLAND CORP is expected to be halted effective November 3, 2025. SUNOCOCORP units expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on November 3, 2025 under the ticker symbol SUNC.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PARKLAND CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PARKLAND CORP (PKI.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 03/11/2025
