Acquisition | PACWEST BANCORP | 1st December 2023

Initially announced on July 25, 2023 BANC OF CALIFORNIA INC made a stock offer for PACWEST BANCORP of 0.6569 shares per PACWEST BANCORP share held. Regulators approved the Acquisition on October 19, 2023. PACWEST BANCORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on November 22, 2023. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 30, 2023. Trading in shares of PACWEST BANCORP is expected to be halted effective December 1, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PACWEST BANCORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PACWEST BANCORP (PACW.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 01/12/2023
