Acquisition | ONTSU CO LTD | 18th October 2024

On 27 June 2024, GENDA ORD announced a tender offer for all shares of ONTSU CO LTD. The tender offer price was JPY 33. On 13 August 2024, the tender offer acceptances reached 72.92%, and subsequently ONTSU CO LTD announced the delisting from the JPX. The effective date of the delisting is 18 October 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ONTSU CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ONTSU CO LTD (7647.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 18/10/2024
