Acquisition | OLAV THON EIENDOMSSELSKAP ASA | 9th January 2026

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 4 December 2025 regarding the publication of the offer document dated 3 December 2025 and launch of the acceptance period for the voluntary offer by Thon Gruppen AS to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of OLAV THON EIENDOMSSELSKAP ASA at an offer price of NOK 335 per Share. The tender offer expired on January 5, 2026. Based on the results the acquiror now holds 94.8 percent of shares of OLAV THON EIENDOMSSELSKAP ASA. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove OLAV THON EIENDOMSSELSKAP ASA giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• OLAV THON EIENDOMSSELSKAP ASA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of OLAV THON EIENDOMSSELSKAP ASA (OLT.OL) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
