Acquisition | OCEAN WILSONS HOLDINGS LTD | 9th December 2025

On July 28, 2025 HANSA INVESTMENT CO LTD announced an all-share combination with OCEAN WILSONS HOLDINGS LTD, whereby each eligible OCEAN WILSONS HOLDINGS LTD Shareholder will be entitled to receive 1.4925 HANSA INVESTMENT CO LTD shares. The Scheme was approved in the General Meeting on September 12, 2025. Following the approval at the Court Sanction Hearing on 3 December 2025, the scheme is expected to become effective on December 9, 2025. The last day of trading of OCEAN WILSONS HOLDINGS LTD would be on December 8, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• OCEAN WILSONS HOLDINGS LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of OCEAN WILSONS HOLDINGS LTD (OCN.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 09/12/2025
