On September 22, 2025, NUVEEN PREFERRED & INCOME TERM announced the completion of the merger with and into NUVEEN PREFERRED AND INCOME OPPORTUNITIES FUND. The final exchange ratio was confirmed as 2.49939132. Trading in shares of NUVEEN PREFERRED & INCOME TERM has been halted effective September 22, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NUVEEN PREFERRED & INCOME TERM will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of NUVEEN PREFERRED AND INCOME OPPORTUNITIES FUND (JPC.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
