Acquisition | NOVA CANNABIS INC | 22nd October 2024

Initially announced on August 13, 2024 SUNDIAL GROWERS INC made a cash offer for NOVA CANNABIS INC of CAD 1.75 per NOVA CANNABIS INC share held. NOVA CANNABIS INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on October 16, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on October 18, 2024. Following closing of the Acquisition, NOVA CANNABIS INC Shares are expected to be delisted from the TSX. In the case where there is an absence of an active market, the NOVA CANNABIS INC last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NOVA CANNABIS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NOVA CANNABIS INC (NOVC.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 22/10/2024
