Acquisition | NORDFYNS BANK | 5th December 2025

On September 30, 2025 NORDFYNS BANK and MIDDELFART SPAREKASSE announced to enter into a merger agreement which the shareholders of NORDFYNS BANK will receive DKK 620 per NORDFYNS BANK share held. The merger was approved at the extraordinary general meeting on December 1, 2025. The last trading date of NORDFYNS BANK on Copenhagen Stock Exchange is December 2, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NORDFYNS BANK will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NORDFYNS BANK (NRDF.CO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 05/12/2025
