Due to the acquisition of NOBLE MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP by CHEVRON CORP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• NOBLE MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NOBLE MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP (NBLX.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
