Initially announced on November 11, 2024 YS SHOUJI CO made a cash offer for NISHIMOTO CO LTD of JPY 1930 per NISHIMOTO CO LTD share held. Tender offer results for the offer ending December 23, 2024 indicate shareholder acceptances reached 92.82 percent. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive will remove NISHIMOTO CO LTD from the indices on 30 December 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NISHIMOTO CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NISHIMOTO CO LTD (9260.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 30/12/2024
