Acquisition | NEXUS AG (TENDERED) | 15th April 2025

On 5 November 2024, SCUR-Alpha 1766 GmbH decided to make a public takeover offer to the shareholders of NEXUS AG for the acquisition of all shares against payment of a cash offer price of EUR 70.00 per NEXUS AG Share. On January 8 2025 NEXUS AG announced the acceptance rate at the end of the additional acceptance period of approximately 94.95 percent of all NEXUS AG shares. On March 28 2025, the last regulatory clearance was granted from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. Trading with Tended NEXUS shares was suspended on April 9, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NEXUS AG (TENDERED) will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NEXUS AG (TENDERED) (NXUv.DE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 15/04/2025
