Acquisition | NEVRO CORP | 4th April 2025

Initially announced on February 6, 2025 GLOBUS MEDICAL INC made a cash offer for NEVRO CORP of USD 5.85 per NEVRO CORP share held. The completion of the event is pending the approval of NEVRO CORP shareholders on April 2, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on April 3, 2025. Trading in shares of NEVRO CORP is expected to be halted effective April 3, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NEVRO CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NEVRO CORP (NVRO.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/04/2025
