Acquisition | MERUS BV | 17th December 2025

Initially announced on September 29, 2025 GENMAB A/S made a cash offer for MERUS BV of USD 97 per MERUS BV share held. Based on the results announced on December 12, 2025, the offeror now holds 94.2 percent of shares of MERUS BV. The subsequent offer for the remaining shares will expire on December 29, 2025. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove MERUS BV giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MERUS BV will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MERUS BV (MRUS.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 17/12/2025
