Due to the acquisition of MB FINANCIAL INC by  FIFTH THIRD BANCORP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

For:

Solactive SoFi US Next 500 Growth Index
Solactive ISS ESG Screened Developed Markets Small Cap Index
Solactive ISS ESG Screened USA Small Cap Index
Solactive US Small & Mid Cap Index

  • MB FINANCIAL INC will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of MB FINANCIAL INC based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 03/22/2019.

For:

Solactive US Broad Market Index
Solactive US Extended Broad Market Index
Solactive US Large & Mid Cap Index (PR)

  • MB FINANCIAL INC will be removed from the Index.
  • The shares of FIFTH THIRD BANCORP will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
  • The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 03/22/2019.
