Acquisition | MATTERPORT INC | 4th March 2025

Initially announced on April 22, 2024 COSTAR GROUP INC made a cash and stock offer for MATTERPORT INC of USD 2.75 and 0.03552 shares per MATTERPORT INC share held. MATTERPORT INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on July 26, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on February 28, 2025. Trading in shares of MATTERPORT INC is expected to be halted effective February 28, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

  • MATTERPORT INC will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of MATTERPORT INC (MTTR.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 04/03/2025
