Initially announced on September 12, 2024 TADANO LTD made a cash offer for MANITEX INTERNATIONAL INC of USD 5.8 per MANITEX INTERNATIONAL INC share held. MANITEX INTERNATIONAL INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on December 20, 2024. The Acquisition is expected to be completed on January 2, 2025. Trading in shares of MANITEX INTERNATIONAL INC is expected to be halted effective January 2, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MANITEX INTERNATIONAL INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MANITEX INTERNATIONAL INC (MNTX.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 02/01/2025
