Due to the acquisition of MACQUARIE INFRASTRUCTURE HOLDINGS LLC by ARGO INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• MACQUARIE INFRASTRUCTURE HOLDINGS LLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MACQUARIE INFRASTRUCTURE HOLDINGS LLC (MIC.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
