Acquisition | MACKINAC FINANCIAL CORP | 9th September 2021

Due to the acquisition of MACKINAC FINANCIAL CORP by NICOLET BANKSHARES INC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

  • MACKINAC FINANCIAL CORP will be removed from the Index.
  • The shares of NICOLET BANKSHARES INC (NCBS.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
  • The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 09/09/2021
