Acquisition | MAC COPPER LIMITED CDI | 13th October 2025

On 27 May 2025, MAC COPPER LIMITED CDI announced a scheme with HARMONY GOLD MINING CO LTD whereby HARMONY GOLD MINING CO LTD will acquire all shares of MAC COPPER LIMITED CDI for USD 12.25 per share. The scheme was approved in a meeting on 29 August 2025. Provided the court approves the scheme the effective date will be 13 October 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MAC COPPER LIMITED CDI will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MAC COPPER LIMITED CDI (MAC.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/10/2025
