Initially announced on August 4, 2025 XOMA CORP made a cash offer for LAVA THERAPEUTICS NV of USD 1.04 and 1 CVR per LAVA THERAPEUTICS NV share held. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 21, 2025. Trading in shares of LAVA THERAPEUTICS NV is expected to be halted effective November 21, 2025. Due to the presence of a CVR in the offer, LAVA THERAPEUTICS NV will be removed at its last close price effective November 21, 2025 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• LAVA THERAPEUTICS NV will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of LAVA THERAPEUTICS NV (LVTX.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
