Initially announced on May 1, 2025 Concentra Biosciences, LLC made a cash offer for KRONOS BIO INC of USD 0.57 and one CVR per KRONOS BIO INC share held. The tender offer closes on June 18, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on June 19, 2025. Trading in shares of KRONOS BIO INC is expected to be halted effective June 19, 2025. Due to the presence of a CVR in the offer, KRONOS BIO INC will be removed at its last close price effective June 19, 2025 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• KRONOS BIO INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of KRONOS BIO INC (KRON.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 19/06/2025
