Acquisition | KOLON MOBILITY GROUP CORP | 16th September 2025

In August 2025, KOLON CORP announced a tender offer to purchase all shares of KOLON MOBILITY GROUP CORP for cash terms of KRW 4000 per share. On 8 September 2025 the tender offer expired and acceptances reached 87.71%. As the free float has dropped below 15%, Solactive will remove KOLON MOBILITY GROUP CORP from the index effective on 16 September 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• KOLON MOBILITY GROUP CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of KOLON MOBILITY GROUP CORP (450140.KS) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 16/09/2025
