Acquisition | KEYSTONE INVESTMENT TRUST PLC | 18th March 2025

Solactive AG notes the announcement of KEYSTONE INVESTMENT TRUST PLC for voluntary winding up of KEYSTONE INVESTMENT TRUST PLC. Under the scheme of reconstruction each shareholder can elect to receive shares in an unlisted sub fund of BAILLIE GIFFORD INVESTEMENT FUNDS or cash alternative at NAV in exchange of their current holdings. In absence of any election, the shareholder will deemed to have elected the stock option. KEYSTONE INVESTMENT TRUST PLC is expected to suspend from March 18, 2025, whilst the transaction is subject to shareholder approvals at meetings scheduled to take place on 17 March and 28 March. The terms will be announced on March 28, 2025. In order to avoid any replicability issues in regards to potential receipt of ineligible shares, Solactive AG will remove KEYSTONE INVESTMENT TRUST PLC in line with the scheduled suspension date which is March 18, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• KEYSTONE INVESTMENT TRUST PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of KEYSTONE INVESTMENT TRUST PLC (KPCK.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 18/03/2025
