Acquisition | KELLANOVA | 12th December 2025

On December 8, 2025, KELLANOVA and MARS INC issued a joint press release announcing that Mars has received unconditional approval from the European Commission for the pending Merger. As a result, Mars has now received all required regulatory approvals and clearances for the pending Merger. Each shareholder of KELLANOVA will recieve USD 83.5 in cash for every share held. The last trading date is expected to be December 10, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

  • KELLANOVA will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of KELLANOVA (K.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 12/12/2025
