Due to the acquisition of K3 CAPITAL GROUP PLC by PRIVATE COMPANY (UNLISTED), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• K3 CAPITAL GROUP PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of K3 CAPITAL GROUP PLC (K3C.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
