Acquisition | JUST EAT TAKEAWAY | 17th November 2025

Following the final results of the post closing acceptance period that showed PROSUS NV holding 98.19 percent of JUST EAT TAKEAWAY share capital, PROSUS NV will initiate statutory squeeze-out proceedings to obtain the entire share capital of JUST EAT TAKEAWAY. The last trading date of JUST EAT TAKEAWAY Shares on Euronext Amsterdam will be 14 November 2025 and listing and trading of the Shares will terminate as of 17 November 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• JUST EAT TAKEAWAY will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of JUST EAT TAKEAWAY (TKWY.AS) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 17/11/2025
