On 10 June 2025, JOHNS LYNG GROUP LTD announced a scheme for privatization in which shareholders would receive AUD 4 per share. On 8 October 2025, shareholders approved the scheme of arrangement. The delisting date is 15 October 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• JOHNS LYNG GROUP LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of JOHNS LYNG GROUP LTD (JLG.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
