On January 14, 2025 K.K. BCJ-92 announced a tender offer for the entire share capital of JAMCO CORP for JPY 1800 per share. On May 21, 2025 the tender offer period ended with the offeror controlling 89.52 percent of JAMCO CORP. As the free float is below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove JAMCO CORP from the indices on May 27, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• JAMCO CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of JAMCO CORP (7408.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 27/05/2025
