Initially announced on July 21, 2025 CONCENTRA BIOSCIENCES made a cash offer for ITEOS THERAPEUTICS INC of USD 10.047 plus one non-transferable contingent value right per ITEOS THERAPEUTICS INC share held. The tender offer closes one minute after 11:59 p.m. ET on August 28, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the subsequent Acquisition is expected to be completed on August 29, 2025. Trading in shares of ITEOS THERAPEUTICS INC is expected to be halted effective August 29, 2025. Due to the presence of a contingent value right in the offer, ITEOS THERAPEUTICS INC will be removed at its last close price effective (open) August 29, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ITEOS THERAPEUTICS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ITEOS THERAPEUTICS INC (ITOS.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
