Due to the acquisition of INTERSECT ENT INC by MEDTRONIC PLC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• INTERSECT ENT INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of INTERSECT ENT INC (XENT.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
