Initially announced on May 16, 2025 BIOMARIN PHARMACEUTICAL INC made a cash offer for INOZYME PHARMA INC of USD 4 per INOZYME PHARMA INC share held. The tender offer is scheduled to expire one minute after 11:59 p.m. ET, on June 30, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on July 1, 2025. Trading in shares of INOZYME PHARMA INC is expected to be halted effective July 1, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• INOZYME PHARMA INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of INOZYME PHARMA INC (INZY.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 02/07/2025
