Acquisition | INNOFACTOR OYJ | 11th October 2024

On July 22, 2024, it was announced that a consortium made a voluntary public cash tender offer for all outstanding shares of INNOFACTOR OYJ for EUR 1.68 in cash per share. The offer, initiated by Onni Bidco Oy, officially commenced on August 5, 2024, and ended on September 16, 2024. Following this, a subsequent offer period ran from September 19 to October 3, 2024. On October 3, 2024 the subsequent period expired and the offeror is now controlling 85.05 percent of the share capital of INNOFACTOR OYJ. As the free float is below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove INNOFACTOR OYJ from the indices effective on October 11, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• INNOFACTOR OYJ will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of INNOFACTOR OYJ (IFA1V.HE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/10/2024
