Acquisition | INNERGEX RENEWABLE ENERGY INC | 22nd July 2025

Initially announced on February 25, 2025, Corporation and La Caisse made a cash offer for INNERGEX RENEWABLE ENERGY INC of CAD 13.75 per INNERGEX RENEWABLE ENERGY INC share held. INNERGEX RENEWABLE ENERGY INC shareholders approved the acquisition on May 1, 2025. On July 16, 2025, INNERGEX announced that all regulatory approvals for the acquisition had been received. INNERGEX expects that, subject to the satisfaction at closing of the remaining closing conditions, the acquisition will be completed on or about July 21, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• INNERGEX RENEWABLE ENERGY INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of INNERGEX RENEWABLE ENERGY INC (INE.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 22/07/2025
