Acquisition | INFOMEDIA LTD | 27th November 2025

Initially announced on August 6, 2025, TPG CAPITAL ASIA made a cash offer for INFOMEDIA LTD of AUD 1.671 per PREMIER INC share held. At a shareholder meeting on November 18, 2025, the shareholders of INFOMEDIA LTD approved the proposed merger with and into TPG CAPITAL ASIA. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 21, 2025. Trading in shares of INFOMEDIA LTD is expected to be halted effective November 24, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• INFOMEDIA LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of INFOMEDIA LTD (IFM.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 27/11/2025
