On 18 May 2024, UNITED SUPER MARKETS HOLDING announced the offer to purchase all shares of INAGEYA CO LTD. As per the offer, shareholders of INAGEYA CO LTD will receive 1.46 shares of UNITED SUPER MARKETS HOLDING per share held of INAGEYA CO LTD. The expected date for the acquisition will be 28 November 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• INAGEYA CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of UNITED SUPER MARKETS HOLDING (3222.T) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 28/11/2024
