On June 25, 2024 CLASSYS INC announced the acquisition of ILOODA CO LTD for a stock terms consideration of 0.1405237 CLASSYS INC shares per ILOODA CO LTD share held. ILOODA CO LTD shareholders approved the transaction at a meeting on August 13, 2024. ILOODA CO LTD is expected to be suspended from trading on September 27, 2024.

• The shares of CLASSYS INC (214150.KQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
