Initially announced on July 2, 2025, CONCENTRA GROUP HOLDINGS PARENT ORD made a cash offer for IGM BIOSCIENCES INC of USD 1.247 per IGM BIOSCIENCES INC share plus one Non-Transferable Contractual Contingent Value Right per IGMS held. The tender offer closes on August 13, 2025. Due to the presence of a contingent value right in the offer, IGM BIOSCIENCES INC will be removed pro rata at its last close price effective (open) August 14, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• IGM BIOSCIENCES INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of IGM BIOSCIENCES INC (IGMS.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 14/08/2025
