Acquisition | ICC HOLDINGS INC | 14th March 2025

Initially announced on June 8, 2024, MUTUAL CAPITAL GROUP made a cash offer for ICC HOLDINGS INC of USD 23.5 per ICC HOLDINGS INC share held. ICC HOLDINGS INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on November 26, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on March 13, 2025. Trading in shares of ICC HOLDINGS INC is expected to be halted effective March 14, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ICC HOLDINGS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ICC HOLDINGS INC (ICCH.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 14/03/2025
