Initially announced on April 15, 2025 RADNET INC made a stock offer for ICAD INC of 0.0677 shares per ICAD INC share held. ICAD INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on July 14, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on July 17, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ICAD INC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of RADNET INC (RDNT.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 18/07/2025
