Acquisition | IAR SYSTEMS GROUP AB | 17th October 2025
On July 4, 2025 QT GROUP OYJ launched a tender offer to acquire entire share capital of IAR SYSTEMS GROUP AB. Each shareholder of IAR SYSTEMS GROUP AB will receive SEK 180 in cash for every share held. At the end of the acceptance period on 10 October 2025 the offer had ben accepted by shareholders corresponding to 94.49 percent of share capital of IAR SYSTEMS GROUP AB. All the conditions have been satisfied. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove IAR SYSTEMS GROUP AB giving 2 business days notice.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- IAR SYSTEMS GROUP AB will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of IAR SYSTEMS GROUP AB (IARb.ST) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
- Effective Date (open): 17/10/2025
