Initially announced on April 18, 2024 LYRA BIDCO made a cash offer for HIPGNOSIS SONGS FUND LTD of USD 1.31 per HIPGNOSIS SONGS FUND LTD share held. The competing offer of CONCORD CHORUS LIMITED was terminated on May 16, 2024. HIPGNOSIS SONGS FUND LTD shareholders approved the Acquisition on July 8, 2024. The completion of the event is pending the court hearing on July 26, 2024. Trading in shares of HIPGNOSIS SONGS FUND LTD is expected to be halted effective July 29, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
