Acquisition | HILLEVAX INC | 17th September 2025

Initially announced on August 4, 2025 XOMA CORP made a cash offer for HILLEVAX INC of USD 1.95 plus one contingent value right per HILLEVAX INC share held. The tender offer is set to close one minute after 11:59 p.m. ET, on September 15, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the subsequent Acquisition is expected to be completed on September 17, 2025. Trading in shares of HILLEVAX INC is expected to be halted effective September 17, 2025. Due to the presence of a contingent value right in the offer, HILLEVAX INC will be removed at its last close price effective (open) September 17, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• HILLEVAX INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of HILLEVAX INC (HLVX.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 17/09/2025
