Acquisition | HAIL CEMENT CO | 14th June 2024

Initially announced on December 24, 2023 QASSIM CEMENT COMPANY SJSC made a stock offer for HAIL CEMENT CO of 0.21 shares per HAIL CEMENT share held. HAIL CEMENT shareholders approved the Acquisition on June 10, 2024.The transaction was declared effective on June 11. As a result shares of HAIL CEMENT were suspended immediately from trading until the delisting from Saudi Stock Exchange. In absence of an active market the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• HAIL CEMENT CO will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of QASSIM CEMENT COMPANY SJSC (3040.SE) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 14/06/2024
