Acquisition | GUILD HOLDINGS CO | 2nd December 2025

Initially announced on June 18, 2025 BAYVIEW ASSET MANAGEMENT made a cash offer for GUILD HOLDINGS CO of USD 20 per GUILD HOLDINGS CO share held. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 28, 2025. Trading in shares of GUILD HOLDINGS CO is expected to be halted effective November 28, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• GUILD HOLDINGS CO will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GUILD HOLDINGS CO (GHLD.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 02/12/2025
