Acquisition | GRUPO CATALANA OCCIDENTE SA | 11th December 2025

In connection with the voluntary public tender offer launched by Inocsa for all the shares representing the share capital of GRUPO CATALANA OCCIDENTE SA which was authorized by the Spanish Securities Market Commission on 29 October 2025 and whose result has been published by the CNMV on December 5, 2025. Each shareholder of GRUPO CATALANA OCCIDENTE SA will receive EUR 49.75 in cash for every share held. Based on the offer results the offeror now holds 97.83 percent of shares of GRUPO CATALANA OCCIDENTE SA. The Board of Directors of acquiror has resolved to exercise squeeze out in respect of all shares of GRUPO CATALANA OCCIDENTE SA. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove GRUPO CATALANA OCCIDENTE SA giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• GRUPO CATALANA OCCIDENTE SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GRUPO CATALANA OCCIDENTE SA (GCO.MC) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/12/2025
