Due to the acquisition of GRIDSUM HOLDING INC-ADR by its managing group, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• GRIDSUM HOLDING INC-ADR will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GRIDSUM HOLDING INC-ADR based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
