Initially announced on April 5, 2024 EAGLE SPA made a cash offer for GREENTHESIS SPA of EUR 2.293 per GREENTHESIS SPA share held. On September 12, 2024, GREENTHESIS SPA announced the acceptances of the tender offer had reached 90.18%. Trading in shares of GREENTHESIS SPA is expected to be halted effective September 19, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
