Acquisition | GOVIEX URANIUM INC | 11th November 2025

Initially announced on August 21, 2025 TOMBADOR IRON LIMITED made a stock offer for GOVIEX URANIUM INC of 0.2534 shares per GOVIEX URANIUM INC share held. GOVIEX URANIUM INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on October 24, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 11, 2025. Trading in shares of GOVIEX URANIUM INC is expected to be halted effective November 11, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• GOVIEX URANIUM INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GOVIEX URANIUM INC (GXU.V) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/11/2025
