On 15 May, 2025, TGT HOLDINGS announced a tender offer to acquire the common shares of GOLF DIGEST ONLINE INC. Each GOLF DIGEST ONLINE INC would receive JPY 430 for every share held. On 3 Jul, 2025, the tender offer result was announced with TGT HOLDINGS and other special related parties holding 81.86% of the share capital of GOLF DIGEST ONLINE INC. On 1st Aug, 2025, GOLF DIGEST ONLINE INC announced the delisting of its shares would be effective on 29 Sep, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• GOLF DIGEST ONLINE INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GOLF DIGEST ONLINE INC (3319.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 29/09/2025
